Joana Ribeiro is a professional harpist, having attended the University of Aveiro for a degree in Music, specializing in harp performance. She completed her studies with a Master's Degree in Music Teaching in 2020, at the Escola Superior de Música de Lisboa, under the guidance of Professor Carolina Coimbra. Throughout her artistic career, she has attended masterclasses/courses for technical and performative improvement, with renowned teachers and soloists. She currently lives and teaches in São Miguel, where she is developing a project to promote the harp, with the support of the Ponta Delgada Regional Conservatory and the Philharmonic of Nossa Senhora das Neves.
