Born in 1986, from Santa Maria da Feira.
A professional performer since 2008, he has danced for André Mesquita, Hofesh Shechter, Sylvia Rijmer, Tiago Guedes, Victor Hugo Pontes, and Paulo Ribeiro, among others. As a choreographer, he made his debut in 2012 and highlights HU(R)MANO (2013), BROTHER (2016), and BISONTE (2019), works that have had national and international circulation.
Since 2013, he has done body/choreographic assistance for several artists, namely Victor Hugo Pontes, Nuno Cardoso, and Jorge Andrade. Academically he has a bachelor's degree in physical therapy and has never practiced.
