Anda&Fala is recruiting one or two people to join the artistic mediation team for the 1st edition of Walk&Talk Biennial.

This collaboration is an opportunity to actively participate in the creation of dialogues between audiences and the contemporary artistic practices presented at the Biennial, which will take place in São Miguel, Azores, between September 25 and November 30, 2025.

— Interviews to take place between July 14 and 21
— The person/s selected to join the Biennale's mediation team will be informed by July 28 (by e-mail).

Requirements:
Interest in contemporary artistic practices and collaborative processes;
Experience (or strong motivation) in cultural or educational mediation;
Ease of communication, empathy and a love of working with diverse audiences;
Fluency in Portuguese (and preferably English);
Residence in São Miguel.

Main responsibilities:
Facilitating visits-workshops in the context of the exhibitions;
Booking visits-workshops directly with organizations (schools, associations, ...);
Collaborating with the team responsible for designing and implementing mediation activities;
Creating meeting points and dialogue between artistic projects, audiences and the territory;
Possibility of supporting educational and participatory actions linked to the Biennale programme.

Conditions:
Collaboration regime between August 26 and November 30, 2025;
Provision of services as a self-employed person, payment on presentation of an invoice;
Fees to be paid according to the number of hours and activities carried out (€20/hour and up to a maximum of 50 hours of work);
Free participation in the Biennale's other activities and events.
