Anda&Fala is recruiting a person for the position of Production Director for Walk&Talk — Bienal de Artes 2025.

RESPONSIBILITIES
— Assisting in mapping, organizing, and scheduling the event's activities (in collaboration with the Artistic Direction).
— Strategic planning, monitoring deadlines, and overseeing the event's activities (in collaboration with the Artistic Direction);
— Accompanying artistic residencies and mapping production needs (in person or remotely);
— Managing the event's production and installation teams;
—Hiring external suppliers and services as required;
— Executive coordination of the event's activities;
— Close monitoring of the event budget and database management (in collaboration with the Administrative Coordination).

REQUIREMENTS
— Experience in cultural production management and/or project development (preferred);
— Knowledge of team and calendar management procedures;
— Knowledge and taste for contemporary national and international artistic practices;
— Proficiency in spoken and written Portuguese and English;
— Intermediate/advanced knowledge of computer tools, particularly Google Workplace;
— Reside in Portugal (mainland or autonomous regions);
> If not living in São Miguel, availability to travel to the island at times to be agreed with Anda&Fala (travel and accommodation costs covered by the organization) and availability for on-site work in São Miguel from August 25 to October 10;
— Have their laptop to carry out the work;
— Have a driving license.

CONDITIONS
Starting date: March 2025;
Contract: part-time from March—June and full-time from July—December;
Fee for services (period from March—December 2025): €10,000 (+VAT if applicable);

Contract terms:
— Part-time from March—June and full-time from July—December;
— Contract for the provision of services;
— Work location: mixed remote and on-site work, according to the needs defined by the organization's Direction.
